Justin Woulfe  has 15 years of experience in operations research, system optimization, and cost estimating in CAPEX applications such as aerospace & defense. As a graduate of the DoD LOGTECH program and a Six Sigma Black Belt, he has successfully analyzed and implemented improvements on over 75 projects that resulted in savings totaling more than $5B for the DoD.
