Chief Executive Officer
Jacob Andra
Leads Talbot West offerings, vision, and direction. Architect and author of FRAME and APEX, two Talbot West methodologies. Host of the Applied AI Podcast.
Jacob Andra founded Talbot West to give enterprises a cross-cutting strategic technology partner with no software to resell and no platform commissions to collect.
He is the architect and author of FRAME, Talbot West’s methodology to map complex operations and sequence change. FRAME maps an organization’s systems, data, and operating constraints against the opportunities available to it, and produces a sequenced roadmap rather than a list of recommendations. He also developed APEX, a prioritization algorithm and process that surfaces the highest-ROI use case for AI out of a group of candidates.
Jacob has decades of experience in business operations, technology adoption, and information systems. He hosts the Applied AI Podcast, serves on the board of 47G, and advises Neumont College of Computer Science as an industry advisor. He works from Salt Lake City.
There's nothing more expensive than a bad tech decision, unless it's indecision.
