Jacob Andra is the CEO of Talbot West. He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his family. 

Jacob is a major proponent of Cognitive Hive AI (CHAI), an ensemble AI architecture that he pioneered with his cofounder Stephen Karafiath. CHAI seeks to pair generative AI technologies with other types of AI or other capabilities in an ensemble format to bring optimal functionality to complex enterprise needs. Jacob also pioneered Talbot West's APEX (AI Prioritization and EXecution) framework to help organizations identify the best-value use cases for AI technologies and deploy them rapidly.
